Zero Degrees Outside Leads to Frozen Pipes In This Cleveland Home

When temperatures drop very low in University Heights Ohio, many things can happen to homes.  This home had multiple levels affected due to a frozen pipe.  The plumber was able to fix the pipe while SERVPRO was called to begin the clean-up and restoration of the home.  The photos show the damage to the kitchen before SERVPRO started the clean-up and then after. At the start, all wet materials are removed and then we begin to dry out the rooms.  The drying process can take three to five days on average.  Once everything is dried, the rebuild can begin.
