Flooded Basement in Highland Heights

Much to the dismay of the homeowner returning from an extended vacation, this basement suffered extensive damage following a pipe break on the first floor. Since the property owners were not home at the time of the loss, the result was the water running for a significant time prior to being noticed.  This situation required not only pumping out the water but also additional extraction and hours of labor to restore the property to pre loss condition.  No one wants to thin it can happen to them, but if it does, we are here to help!
