What is E+R=O?

A dear friend of mine named Roy, asked me if I knew what E+R=O means?  Of course I did not.  He said it means: Event+Response=Outcome.  this equation can be applied to every aspect of our lives.  Your "event" may it be a pipe burst, sewage backup, fire + your "response" to call SERVPRO of Beachwood=your "outcome" as we say, Like it never even happened®
