“This winter will separate the wannabes from the real Clevelanders. Two words describe AccuWeather's winter forecast: Cold and snow. Perfect if you are a real Clevelander.”

"It will be colder than last year, but not extremely cold," said AccuWeather long-range forecaster Paul Pastelok. "And it could be a stormy winter, with fast-moving fronts that begin early and get larger.” Last year you were 4 to 5 degrees above normal [overall]. This year could be 4 to 5 degrees colder than last year."
