School Snow Days

According to https://weather.com/safety/winter/news/snow-day-factors-map#/1 , “Though amount of snowfall is a factor, when that snow falls is hugely influential. If snow is still falling the morning of school, there's a better chance it will be called off. But if the snowfall ends by 8 p.m., you're probably going to have school the next day. This is because snow that stops falling sooner is more likely to be plowed – or melt away, if it's not too cold.”
